GREENSBURG – Governor Edward G. Rendell said four recent investments in Westmoreland County show how Pennsylvania is using its resources to create hundreds of new jobs and transform places like Latrobe, West Newton and Belle Vernon.

PNC Mezzanine Capital has staked the management buyout of BoltTech Inc., a Westmoreland County developer of bolting applications for industrial plants and refineries, with a $20 million investment of its own.
